評委會主席介紹: 王杉財（Steve, S.T. Wang）先後於英業達集團、廣達電腦、香港南太集團 (美國紐約股票交易上市公司/代碼 NTE) 任職，貢獻於ICT資訊製造業近30年，期間實驗驗證架構出品牌價值模擬平台，深受產學界推舉與受益，獲頒波蘭華沙科學未來基金會學術評議委員同時受聘為國際專案品質美國管理協會院士。同時在中日歐美產官學界擁有豐沛人脈，無遠弗屆地提供經營諮詢與規劃策略，創辦 '咖啡系統工程學' 於大學院校推廣教育，獲得美國歐巴馬總統頒授卓越學術成就獎。近年來投入咖啡文創與生活美學以為志業，致力開拓台灣產業六產化新境界。
Professor Steve T. S. Wang has served in Inventec Group, Quanta Computer, Hong Kong Nantai Group (New York Stock Exchange listed company / symbol NTE), contributing to the ICT information manufacturing industry for nearly 30 years. The experimental verification framework has conjunction with his working experiences to establish for brand value simulation & platform therewith appointed Faculty Council of Warszawski Scientific Future Foundation and which has highly recommended and benefited by the industry and academia. At the same time, he's rich connections in the Chinese, Japanese, European, American, government and academic circles. He founded " Engineering System of Coffeology” and promoting education in universities and colleges worldwide. Upon with excellent results have been evaluated honorary received US President Obama Education Achievement Award. 一般僅授予完成全職學術成就人士。此外,針對各行業頂尖企業專家,提供在職進修並完成論文提報,經學術評議委員通過者,得以核發聯合國教科文組織認定之IATOPL國際證照之[專案管理博士]證書。德國一向是個治學嚴謹的國家、有著追求博士頭銜的狂熱。授予名譽博士學位對他們貢獻於非政府組織而言極為重要，也是極其隆重和難忘的人生目標。
IATOPL名譽博士證書是唯一受到教育部認列(證號11041)的國際職能證書，僅供NGO協會推薦標竿型企業的領導人才能獲得。名譽博士: 名譽學位不是通過學術取得的實質學位。但是獲取榮譽博士學位的難度比一般學術博士學位更難，
